Return Conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Refund Process:

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method.

Note: Opened, used, or customized products are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.
